general info

- i often send over the counter at the PO; i can’t always send videos but receipts will be shown.

all mail is waterproofedi will only ever put 2 photocards in a standard (55pt) toploader to avoid any damage to the pcs due to being squished

shipping prices can vary, the prices above are the starting price and can go higher depending on the size and weight of item.if the post office deems your letter too thick or larger than the dimensions for a small letter, i may ask for top ups.
GO rules
1. Be respectful to me and to other joiners. I don't tolerate any rude or disrespectful joiners. You will be removed from my GO and be blocked.2. I have the right to remove you from any of my GOs if you have done something to make me or other joiners uncomfortable. You will be refunded when I am able to refund you.3. You must be patient. I can’t control when items arrive, an ETA will always be given but it can change.4.NO BACKOUTS. Be 100% sure when joining my GOs. If you backout without finding another person to take your spot, it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to refund you. Especially after your claims have been secured5. If you have any issues or concerns message me directly and talk to me about it.6. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail in transit to me or after I've sent it out. I don't control what happens during transit. Should there be any issues, I will contact you immediately and sort something out.7. If you are unable to pay by the deadline, without communicating with me your spot will go to someone else and you will be labelled as a timewaster and won't be able to join any future GOs I hold.
i will only hold on to your items for maximum of a month. anything past this without communication with me, will mean your items will be forfeited without a refund or there’ll be a late fee charge of 3% of the item price.my GOs are non-profit, however to be completely transparent i add a small packaging fee when i’m collecting doms. this is due to me having to buy all the materials for packing; this supply fee is less than $1i always create group chats for my GOs; i will send updates on there, if i am not sending anything to the chat, it’s because i have no updatesshould there be any unexpected fees that arise that is too much for me to cover; i will ask for top ups though i will try to cover as much as i can!
